Cleaning Your New GSM Phone

Taking care of your GSM cell phone should be a priority. After all, you use it every single day. You should take the time to keep it clean and working well. Cleaning any cell phone is easy, but needs to be done regularly to keep touch screens from getting dirty or scratched and not working properly. A ruined touchscreen means having to get a new phone.

• Use a lint free soft cloth to clean. You don’t want to scratch it with a rough cloth or get bits of tissue all over it with toilet paper or paper towel.
• Dampen it with rubbing alcohol and rub gently across the screen in the same direction.  You don’t want to rub in a variety of directions and create streaks.
• Don’t forget to clean off the outer shell as well. You can use a cotton swab to clean around the charger connection, but make sure not to get liquid inside.
• Once you are done with cleaning, you need to make sure you let your phone dry before using it again.

Do this every few weeks and your phone will stay clean and working well!
